The sweets baked by Matsunosuke are selected from the menu of Hirano's Dessert School she opened in her private residence upon her return from New England. In addition to this are select items mastered at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) cooking academy in New York’s Hyde Park that she visits every year.
All completely natural ingredients are of the highest-quality and additive-free. All sweets are patiently created by hand. Everyday the sweets are placed in the ovens to bake and the finished product never fails to beam a grin back at you!
All of Matsunosuke's luscious desserts are available for delivery nation-wide (see Mail Order page). You simply have to try one of Matsunosuke’s dessert creations!

Matsunosuke is praised for its Apple Pies which are truly delicious. Matsunosuke is loyal to Kogyoku (Japanese apple simiar to Cortland and Granny Smith) apples which are placed sliced and still raw in the pie then baked to perfection in between sheets of pie pastry.
